Are you new to college or a recent graduate from high school and feeling overwhelmed? Many young adults struggle during this transitional time to adjust to college, identify a major or career, with their social life, relationships, substance use and mental health. Young adulthood comes with many exciting yet sometimes overwhelming changes! Therapy for young adults and college students provides a space to get support, talk through issues, problem solve, manage stress, and develop new skills. There’s a lot to navigate and life can feel uncertain.
